Payments, pricing & promotions:

 

Our aim is to provide an easy and fast transaction for you. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, but we also offer a Credit/Debit Card and Direct Bank Deposit/Transfer option where necessary. 

PayPal provides a safe and secure payment option, where you can make payments from your credit card, debit card, linked bank account or PayPal balance, all while protecting your details.

Direct Bank Deposit/Transfer is available via invoice and is our only non-website payment option - your details are protected with this option too; however payment may not clear for 1-3 days depending on your banking institution.

 

If you prefer to make a Direct Bank Deposit/Transfer, this will be arranged via invoice:

- Contact us - via the chat bot or Contact page with a list of the items you are wishing to purchase (without adding items to the Cart).

 

When choosing the invoice option: due to the way the website is designed, we cannot guarantee that the items will still be available until we’ve processed your order; the items will continue to show as being available on the online store and may be purchased by another customer in the meantime; any issues arising from this will be dealt with if and when necessary. Therefore it is crucial that you contact us to secure your items ASAP.

 

Where items are available, we will only hold for 24 hours before releasing them if we have not heard from you. An attempt must be made to contact us; we cannot be responsible for any items that sell in the meantime.

 

When choosing the invoice option (Direct Bank Deposit/Transfer - non-website payment), we will email you an itemised invoice for payment. PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS of the invoice being emailed to you; and items will only be dispatched once payment has cleared. If we do not receive notification of payment within 24 hours we will release the items back into the online store.

 

We have the PayPal 'Buy Now' button on our pages (where possible) which allows you to make your purchase and go straight through to PayPal to finalise the transaction, bypassing the Shopping Cart, making this a faster and smoother transaction for you. We have kept the Add to Cart button which allows you to add your preferred reading to your shopping cart so that you may continue your shopping experience.

 

All prices quoted on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD).

 

All promotions comply with these Terms of Use & Privacy Information.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards can be used to purchase Intuitive Readings, Mentoring Sessions and physical products. 

Gift cards comply with Consumer Affairs Victoria business practices.

Shipping:

As of 18 November 2021, all items are shipped via Sendle; our goal is to provide you with the best carrier to ensure that you receive your goods in a timely manner at all times.

You will be provided with a tracking number via the Sendle tracking service, which will be emailed to you.

We re-use packaging materials to reduce our impact on the environment. Where possible, we use Sendle's compostable satchels.

 

 

 

Failure of delivery, loss or damaged items:

 

Your purchases are securely and carefully packed to ensure that they arrive safely, however once your parcel is handed over to Sendle we can longer be held responsible or accountable for failure of delivery, loss or damage of your items.

In the event of a failed Sendle delivery, damage or loss, please refer to your tracking email for further steps.

In the event that a parcel/package is undeliverable, that is, returned to sender, the customer will need to pay a re-shipping fee which will be equivalent to the original postage cost.

Most parcels will be marked Authority to Leave, this means that no signature is required upon delivery. 

 

 

 

 

Postage costs:

 

As of 18 November 2021, we use Sendle for our deliveries.

 

The current shipping costs will be displayed on the Checkout page, before you commit to your purchase.

Included in your postage costs are:

  • Free Sendle Cover to provide you with cover for the specified value of your item (up to $100 incl. GST and cost of delivery) if your item is lost or damaged while being carried by Sendle.

  • Authority to Leave your parcel in a safe place in the event that you aren't at the delivery address to receive your parcel.

  • Signature on Delivery: this option will be provided for larger volume items. This will come at no cost to the customer.

In the event that a parcel/package is undeliverable and re-delivery isn't possible via Sendle, the customer may need to pay a re-shipping fee which will be equivalent to the original postage cost.

In the event of any postage price increases, our site will be updated and notices will be posted in advance - where possible - to inform you.

 

 

 

 

Delivery times:

For Intuitive Readings and Mentoring Sessions:

  • Delivery times and applicable processes and procedures will be described in the offering description.

 

 

For physical items/products that are in stock:

  • Orders will be posted within 2-5 business days of receiving your cleared payment.

 

 

For items that are out of stock or need to be ordered:

 

  • Crystals, Crystal Jewellery, Himalayan Salt Lamps and salt products: upon sourcing of the item, you will be informed of the time-frame in which you can expect your delivery; at this time deposit and payment arrangements will be made, if necessary. 

  • Young Living Essential Oils and Products: for items that need to be ordered, please allow 2 – 3 weeks for delivery, unless otherwise notified. In each instance, you will be informed of your delivery time.

  • Wherever an item is unavailable or unable to be sourced, we will contact you to arrange for an alternative item or to confirm your interest in the item should it become available in the future.

 

 

International orders:

 

Email Intuitive Readings are available internationally.

Intuitive Reading Sessions and Mentoring Sessions are available internationally, given that a mutually agreed upon time is able to be accommodated.

Please contact us via the chat bot or contact page should you wish to complete an international product order to see if we are able to deliver to your country. If this is possible, we will quote you the postage costs based on the items you wish to purchase before you make your final decision.

 

 

 

Special orders:

 

We reserve the right to request full payment when filling a Special Order or Product Request.

 

We will contact you to confirm the availability and cost of the item/s you seek and we will provide you with an Invoice for Payment so that we can secure your product. The Special Order or Product Request will only be placed once payment is received.

 

Whilst we will do all that we can to hold the item in question for as long as we can, we must abide by our supplier’s terms and conditions, as such, we will not be held accountable for inability to secure the item in case of late payment of your deposit. In cases such as this, the outcome is out of our hands.

 

We will remain in contact throughout the process to keep you informed of any changes.

We receive and collect personally identifiable information as provided by you: this can include name, email address, address, and phone number; payment and transaction details - we do not have access to credit card or bank account details, unless provided by you for an offline transaction - these are discarded once the transaction has been completed and funds have cleared; any comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and social media /personal profile details.

 

In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; computer and connection information and purchase history.
