Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: - Please consider rescheduling your 1:1 reading/session within 24-48 hours of your original booking instead. - Please contact me AT LEAST 48 hours BEFORE your original 1:1 reading/session booking time. FAILURE TO SHOW UP or RUNNING LATE FOR YOUR 1:1 READING/SESSION: - I understand that sometimes things come up that we cannot control, in these cases, please reschedule your appointment. - I will wait NO longer than 10 minutes past the scheduled start time - if you miss your appointment and have not contacted me beforehand, you will have to either forfeit your reading/session (and pay 100% of the fee) or reschedule at a mutually suitable time via the booking calendar. - If you are running up to 10 mins late into the scheduled appointment time, please be aware that this takes away from the time allocated for your reading/session.
