I can’t find what I’m after, or I’m after something specific - am I able to order crystals, crystal jewellery, and Young Living Essential Oils and products through you?

 

Absolutely! Just because it’s not in stock doesn’t mean we cannot get it for you. As you can imagine, we’d need a pretty big warehouse if we were to stock every item we could think of, so to make things easier, we source items upon request. Please feel free to send us a product request on our Contact page.

 

We will be adding to our stock regularly, so visit our website often and see what new products and services we’ve added.

I’ve selected an item but I cannot see where to increase the quantity. Am I able to get more than one of the selected item?

 

You can absolutely get more than one! If we have the items in stock, then you can increase the quantity once you get to the Cart page.

 

If you’re after more of the same items but we don’t have them in stock, call us, email us or send us a message on our Contact page and we’ll get back to you ASAP - so DON’T confirm your purchase just yet because we may be able to get the products really soon and be able to send them all off together, saving you on postage costs!

I’ve selected my items, but I want them to arrive sooner, how can this be done?

 

We can arrange Express Post for you, so get in touch with us either by calling us, emailing us or sending us a message on our Contact page BEFORE you confirm your purchase and we’ll work out how much this will cost. If you decide to go ahead with it, we’ll send you an invoice for payment via PayPal. Easy!

Will I be advised that my parcel has been mailed?

 

Yes, where possible we will contact you to let you know that your parcel has been mailed, or you will alternatively be notified by Australia Post’s email tracking service if this service is available; see the following link for more details:

I don’t have PayPal, is there any other way that I can purchase items through Amethyst Rose New Age Products & Services?

 

At the moment PayPal is the only method of payment via our website. You can set-up your own PayPal account easily and quickly at:

 

www.paypal.com/au

 

 

We do also offer the option for Direct Bank Deposit as an accepted payment method. Direct Bank Deposit is ONLY available via invoice - your details are protected with this option too; however payment may not clear for 1-3 days depending on your bank.

 

If you prefer payment via Direct Bank Deposit, there are two ways in which you can do this:

 

i. You can add your preferred items to the cart, but Do NOT complete your purchase online. Leave your cart as 'incomplete' (or 'open') AND contact us to finalise payment ASAP. You can email, contact us via the Contact page or call us - you can find all our details on our Contact page.

 

ii. Alternatively, you can email or call us with a list of the items you are wishing to purchase.

 

When choosing the invoice option: due to the way the website is designed, we cannot guarantee that the items will still be available as the items will still show as being available and may be purchased by another customer - this will be dealt with if and when necessary. Therefore it is crucial that you contact us to secure your items ASAP.

 

 

Where items are available, we will only hold for 24 hours before releasing them if we have not heard from you. An attempt must be made to contact us; we cannot be responsible for any items that sell in the meantime.

 

 

When choosing Direct Bank Deposit, we will email you an itemised invoice for payment. PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS and items will only be dispatched once payment has cleared. If we do not receive notification of payment within 24 hours we will release the stock back into the online store.

I want to purchase something for someone who lives overseas, are you able to post the item directly to them?

 

Sure, we’d have to provide a quote for postage, so BEFORE you confirm and commit to your purchase, either give us a call, email us, or send us a message on our Contact page and we’ll let you know how much postage would be for your specific country.

Will you be getting a greater variety of items in the future?

 

Absolutely! This is just the beginning. Lots more planned for the coming year...oracle cards, tarot decks, gifts, incense, books, and lots more so keep popping back in for a visit and see what’s new.
